TERMS OF USE
The content of the logged-in pages under creative magazine should not be shared with others. Login information is personal and should not be shared with others. Sharing of login information or protected content is accompanied by suspension and/or prosecution.
Buying terms
Withdrawal deadline for membership and online courses
There is no withdrawal period for the purchase of digital recipes. Payment is reversed to the same account from which the money was paid. A different grace period may apply if specified. If you do not notify us within the deadline, the right of withdrawal will expire and money will not be refunded.
Warranties
Any warranties given in connection with the purchase of the product may only be used if the conditions for the guarantee are met and that we are notified in writing no later than before the warranty expires.
Payment
Payment is only made via Bank/Credit Card. We only offer an invoice by agreement. We accept Visa and MasterCard through our partner Stripe. All transactions are sent encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. Card purchases are free.
Sale to minors
If you are under the age of 18, you must have permission from your legal guardian to be a member.

You purchase access to the membership, and course - content during the period you are a member. The product is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may not use the product or materials available in the Product in a manner that constitutes a violation of our rights or in a manner that has not been authorized by Venica Design. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit or distribute in any way or medium (including email or other electronic means) any materials from the Product. Duplication, sharing, or uploading product files to sharing on websites is considered stealing and will be reviewed to the extent permitted by law.
However, you may download and/or print a copy of some pages of the Site for your personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyrights and other proprietary rights are retained.
Venica Design offers individual course programs and memberships. Upon registration, you will receive a username and password, and a member profile for use during the course and in the private member portal. If you want to take courses with a business partner or partner, each person must purchase the course individually. If you want an assistant or an entire group to take the course, a separate membership will need to be purchased for each participating member.
Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of others attending the course. Thus, this is a mutual agreement on confidentiality. Cancellation and postponement
Venica Design reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course as a result of reasons beyond our control. If the course participant's initiative is cancelled, the course fee will be refunded. In case of postponement, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date.
Limitation and liability
By purchasing this product, you agree that you are using the Company's services at your own risk and that the Program is an informational service. You relieve the Company and its employees of liability for any damages that may arise and for any claims that may arise in connection with agreements between the parties. You accept any risks, predictable or unpredictable.

In the event of a dispute between you and the Company, you agree that the only venue for resolving such dispute shall be communication between you and the Company. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communication with a third party, public or private, that will lead to public smear of the Company.
Agreement
This Agreement may not be assigned by either party.
Termination
By purchasing this product, you agree that creative magazine may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate the Customer's participation in the Program without refund of the course fee, if the Customer becomes disruptive to the Company or other course participants. This also applies in case of violation of the terms.
Dispute Resolution
If the dispute is not resolved first by negotiation between the parties, a disagreement or dispute in connection with this Agreement may be sent to the Conciliation Board or court.
Notice
Any notice of disagreement given by one party to the other may take place by personal handover or by post, registered or certified by receipt. The notification shall be sent to the parties at the addresses shown below.
Force majeur
Is Venica Design prevented from delivering or making mandatory re-delivery – or becomes such a duty of delivery unreasonably burdensome as a result of labour disputes or any other circumstance when the parties cannot prevail over it, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military summonses of a similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and run-ups, shortages of means of transport, general lack of error, restriction in the supply of driving force, as well as defects in or delays in deliveries by subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as discussed in this section, SMT is exempt from all liability other than in complaints where SMT reimburses the purchase price of the defective goods.
